1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 999fe ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 999fe website located at 999fe.cam and all associated services, products, tools and content made available through it.

By accessing the 999fe platform, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, accepting any promotion or otherwise using the services provided, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close any account you have registered.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.

• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or by the Operator's license conditions, to register an Account or use the Platform. 999fe strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Access by underage individuals is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is not intended for use by residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your country, region and city of residence. Users based in Pakistan must independently assess their eligibility under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any relevant provincial legislation before registering. 999fe makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms, will result in all associated Accounts being suspended or permanently closed, and may result in forfeiture of all funds held across those Accounts.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration details is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 999fe support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In order to process withdrawals and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations, the Platform requires Players to complete KYC verification. This may involve submitting a government-issued identity document, proof of address and, in certain cases, proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by the Platform may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.3 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or in such other currencies as the Platform supports from time to time. Currency conversion rates applied to deposits or withdrawals are determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction and may include a conversion margin. Players are advised to review applicable rates in the cashier section before completing a transaction.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. The Platform reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant Accounts, in accordance with the dormancy policy in effect at the time. Players will be notified of dormancy status where required by applicable regulations.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

The Platform accepts deposits via methods listed in the cashier section at the time of your deposit. In the Pakistani payment context, services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are widely recognised payment rails. Their mention in this Agreement is for contextual reference only. None of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activity on this platform. Method availability, transaction limits and processing timelines vary by operator and provider.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply as specified in the cashier section. These may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Players are advised to review current limits before initiating a transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification to the Platform's satisfaction;
• Satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements associated with Bonus funds;
• Withdrawal to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• Compliance with the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits displayed in the cashier section;
• Absence of any ongoing investigation, dispute or security review on the Account.

5.4 Processing Timelines

Withdrawal processing timelines vary depending on the selected payment method, the Platform's internal processing schedule, KYC status and the receiving institution's own clearing cycles. 5.5 Prohibited Funding Sources

You must not fund your Account using funds obtained through unlawful activity, or using a payment method that you do not own or are not authorised to use. Any such funding constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities where required.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other promotional incentives available on 999fe are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual promotion. Players must read the full promotion-specific terms before opting in. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a 30× Wagering Requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means the Player must place qualifying bets totalling PKR 30,000 before withdrawal is permitted. Real-Money Funds deposited into an Account are typically used before Bonus funds unless the Platform specifies otherwise. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

The Platform reserves the right to cancel any Bonus and void related winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated systems to satisfy Wagering Requirements; placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while satisfying rollover obligations; or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that have not been used or whose Wagering Requirements have not been met within the applicable validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry status of their active bonuses.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, game or market. These rules are accessible within the Platform's help centre and game-specific pages. 999fe reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, where the odds displayed were manifestly incorrect, or where the outcome is subject to a valid dispute.

7.2 Odds Presentation

Odds are presented in decimal format as the primary display. Other formats may be available at the Player's discretion. Decimal odds represent the total return per unit staked, inclusive of the original stake. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of odds data feeds, which are sourced from third-party providers.

7.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is subject to additional rules relating to bet acceptance delays, connection interruptions and event-specific restrictions. Bets accepted after the outcome of the relevant event is already known — whether due to technical error or otherwise — may be voided at the Platform's sole discretion.

7.4 Casino and Slot Games

Casino games, including live dealer, slots and table games, are powered by third-party game providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game developers and are theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed per-session outcomes. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, legal action:

1. Registering more than one Account per individual, household or device;
2. Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
3. Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other non-human agents to access, navigate or place bets on the Platform;
4. Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage;
5. Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or odds;
6. Placing bets on the Platform on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and their own verified Account;
7. Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
8. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
9. Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling limits or self-exclusion periods;
10. Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.

9 Intellectual Property

All Content on the 999fe Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, data compilations, game interfaces and software — is owned by or licensed to 999fe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any Content without prior written authorisation from 999fe.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999fe and its Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the Platform;
• Interruptions, errors or delays in the Platform's operation;
• Loss of data, including Account Balance or transaction records, resulting from technical failure;
• Any decisions you make based on information presented on the Platform, including odds, game descriptions or promotional content;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures;
• Any gambling losses you sustain as a result of using the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11 Responsible Gambling

999fe is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week or month;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of gaming sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your Account for a cooling-off period. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.

12 Privacy & Data

We collect only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with applicable regulatory obligations (including KYC and anti-money-laundering requirements) and communicate with you about your Account and eligible promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any outstanding Real-Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal conditions, including completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless already converted to Real-Money funds through Wagering Requirement satisfaction.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by the Platform

999fe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reason to believe your Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes;
• A regulatory requirement compels us to do so;
• Your Account is subject to a court order, legal process or regulatory investigation;
• We believe you are accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

In the event of termination for cause, the Platform may withhold Account Balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, may forfeit such Balance and report the matter to relevant authorities.

14 Amendments to These Terms

999fe reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page and takes precedence over all prior versions.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction, as specified in the Operator's license conditions.

Players in Pakistan are reminded that accessing online gambling platforms may be restricted or unlawful under local legislation. This Terms clause does not override or supersede any mandatory protections afforded to consumers under Pakistani law where those protections cannot be contractually excluded.
