Our Commitment

Gambling Should Always Stay Fun

Online gaming — whether that is cricket betting during a PSL T20 fixture, spinning slots or playing live dealer games — should be a form of entertainment. That means it needs to stay affordable, voluntary and time-limited. The moment gambling stops feeling like a leisure activity and starts to feel like a necessity, something has shifted.

999fe is built on the understanding that the vast majority of players enjoy the platform responsibly, but a minority may develop patterns of play that cause financial or personal harm. Our responsible gambling framework exists to support every player — from those who simply want to set a monthly PKR budget and stick to it, to those who need to step away entirely for an extended period.

Our tools are not hidden in an obscure settings menu. They are accessible, clearly labelled and genuinely functional. Setting a deposit limit, requesting a cool-off period or applying for self-exclusion takes minutes — and our support team can help guide you through the process any time of day or night.

We also recognise that Pakistan has its own legal and social context. Gambling activity may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial legislation. We do not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan or any Pakistani regulatory body. It is each user's responsibility to ensure their use of the Platform complies with local law. Nothing on this page constitutes legal or medical advice.

Important: If gambling is causing you or someone you know significant financial stress, emotional distress or family conflict, please use the self-exclusion tools described on this page and seek professional support. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at [email protected].
Platform Tools

Safe Play Tools Available on 999fe

These tools are available to every registered player at no cost. You do not need to be in difficulty to use them — setting limits from the start is the approach we actively encourage.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once your limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. Increasing a deposit limit takes 24–72 hours to take effect; reductions are applied immediately. You decide the right PKR figure for your budget.

Loss Limits

Cap the net amount you can lose per day, week or month. When your losses reach your chosen threshold, further play is automatically blocked for the rest of the period — regardless of how much remains in your balance. This is one of the most effective tools for keeping play within your means.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When your time limit is reached, you will receive a notification and the session will end. You can also set periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing — a simple but powerful way to maintain awareness.

Cool-Off Period

Take a short break from the Platform — for 24 hours, 48 hours, one week or one month — without permanently closing your account. During a cool-off, you cannot log in or place bets. Your account details are preserved for when the period ends. Contact support to activate a cool-off at any time.

Self-Exclusion

Request a formal self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months, or permanently close your account. During self-exclusion, all access to the Platform is blocked and you will not receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires. Contact our support team to request this.

Reality Check Reminders

Enable periodic on-screen prompts that display your session duration, net position (wins minus losses) and the time of day. These reality checks are especially useful during extended sessions and serve as a gentle but factual reminder of your current gambling activity.

How Limits Work

Setting and Adjusting Your Limits

All limit types on 999fe follow the same core principle: reductions take effect immediately, while increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off delay — typically 24 to 72 hours. This delay is intentional. It prevents impulsive decisions made in the heat of the moment from bypassing the protection that limits are designed to provide.

We strongly recommend setting limits when you first create your account — before you make any deposits. Deciding on a sensible monthly PKR budget when you are not in the middle of a session is far easier and more rational than trying to set one after a run of losses.

If you want to set, change or remove any limit, or if you are having difficulty accessing the settings, contact our support team directly. We will assist you promptly, at any hour.

How to Request Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is the strongest protective measure available. Here is how to activate it on 999fe.

1

Contact Our Support Team

Reach our 24/7 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Tell them you want to request a self-exclusion. You do not need to give a reason, though our team may ask if they can briefly explain what to expect from the process.

2

Choose Your Exclusion Duration

Specify whether you want a time-limited exclusion (minimum six months) or a permanent account closure. Both options are available. If you choose a time-limited exclusion, the Platform will not allow reversal before the full period has elapsed, regardless of circumstances.

3

Identity Verification

Our team will verify your identity against the Account registration details to ensure the exclusion is applied to the correct account. This protects against third parties attempting to exclude your account without your knowledge.

4

Exclusion Activated — Access Blocked

Once confirmed, your Account will be blocked immediately. You will be unable to log in, deposit or place bets for the duration of the exclusion. All pending marketing communications will be suppressed. Your account data is preserved in accordance with our data retention obligations.

5

After the Exclusion Period (Time-Limited Only)

When a time-limited exclusion expires, you must actively contact support to reactivate your Account — it does not reopen automatically. There is a mandatory 24-hour reflection period before reactivation is processed, during which you can reconsider. We encourage you to use our responsible gambling tools again before resuming play.

Important: Self-exclusion on 999fe is effective on this Platform only. If you are concerned about gambling across multiple platforms, consider reaching out to the responsible gambling organisations mentioned in the Support Resources section below. A multi-operator exclusion scheme — where available in your jurisdiction — offers broader protection.
Know the Signs

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling rarely announces itself clearly. It often develops gradually, through small changes in behaviour, attitude and priorities. The signs below are worth knowing — for yourself and for those close to you. Recognising them early makes intervention much more effective.

Chasing losses: Placing larger or more frequent bets to try to win back money already lost — rather than accepting the loss and stopping.

Gambling with money earmarked for essentials: Using funds needed for rent, bills, groceries, school fees or other household expenses to place bets.

Hiding gambling activity: Being secretive about how much time or money is spent gambling, or feeling the need to conceal it from family members.

Inability to stop: Repeatedly attempting to cut back or stop gambling and finding it impossible to follow through, even when genuinely intending to.

Emotional dependence: Gambling to manage stress, anxiety, loneliness or boredom — using it as a primary coping mechanism rather than occasional entertainment.

Neglecting responsibilities: Missing work, family commitments or social obligations because of time spent gambling, or prioritising gambling over other important activities.

Borrowing to gamble: Taking loans, credit card advances or money from friends and family specifically to fund gambling activity, with or without disclosure of the purpose.

Self-Assessment

Quick Self-Check

Reflect honestly on the statements below. This is not a clinical diagnostic tool — it is a private reflection aid. If several of these resonate with you, please consider using the self-exclusion or cool-off tools, or speaking to a professional.

I have gambled with money I could not afford to lose.

I have felt the urge to bet more to win back previous losses.

I have tried to stop or cut back on gambling but found it difficult.

Gambling has caused arguments or tension in my family or household.

I have borrowed money or sold items to finance gambling.

I often think about gambling when I am supposed to be doing other things.

I feel restless, irritable or anxious when I try not to gamble.

How to interpret this: These questions are adapted from widely used responsible gambling screening frameworks. If you answered "yes" to two or more, we encourage you to use the responsible gambling tools on this page. If you answered "yes" to four or more, please consider contacting our support team for a self-exclusion or reaching out to a professional support service. Honest self-reflection is the first step.
Getting Help

Support Resources

Responsible gambling support organisations provide confidential help to individuals and families affected by problem gambling. The following are commonly referenced resources in the context of international responsible gambling frameworks.

GamCare is a UK-registered organisation that provides a National Gambling Helpline, free counselling services and an online support forum for people affected by gambling harm. It is one of the most widely recognised responsible gambling support bodies associated with internationally licensed gambling operators. Their services are available online and are accessible to individuals regardless of location. Information is available at gamcare.org.uk (text reference only — not a hyperlink on this page).

Gamblers Anonymous is an international fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other in order to solve their common problem with compulsive gambling. Meetings follow a structured 12-step programme and are available in many countries, with online meetings accessible globally. Their self-assessment questionnaire — known as "20 Questions" — is a well-established screening tool. Information is available at gamblersanonymous.org (text reference only).

BeGambleAware is funded by the gambling industry and overseen by an independent board. It provides educational content, self-help tools and signposting to treatment services for gambling harm. Its website includes a self-assessment tool, articles on recognising problem gambling and a directory of specialist treatment providers. Information is available at begambleaware.org (text reference only).

Problem gambling affects not just the individual but also family members — spouses, parents and children. Organisations such as GamAnon (the family and friends branch of Gamblers Anonymous) provide peer support specifically for people whose lives are impacted by someone else's gambling. If a family member in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or elsewhere in Pakistan is struggling with a loved one's gambling behaviour, these international support networks offer confidential online resources.

Pakistan has a growing network of mental health professionals, hospitals and counselling services. Compulsive gambling is recognised as a behavioural health issue and can be addressed through cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and related approaches. If you are in Pakistan and would like professional support, we encourage you to consult a qualified mental health professional or your healthcare provider. We are unable to provide referrals to specific clinical providers but encourage you to reach out to local healthcare resources in your city.
Note: 999fe mentions these organisations for informational purposes only. We do not have a commercial relationship with any support organisation listed on this page. References to external organisations are textual only and do not constitute hyperlinks or endorsements. The inclusion of these references reflects standard responsible gambling best practice within the international gaming industry.
Child Safety

Protecting Minors

999fe is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. We enforce this through a mandatory age verification and KYC process that all users must complete before deposits or withdrawals are permitted.

If you share a device or household with anyone under the age of 18, we strongly encourage you to take the following precautions:

Password-Protect Your Device

Ensure your phone, tablet or computer has a screen lock or password that minors do not have access to. Never leave your device logged in to the 999fe Platform unattended.

Keep Login Details Private

Do not write down or share your 999fe username and password. Do not allow browsers to auto-save credentials on shared devices. Log out fully after every session on non-personal devices.

Use Parental Controls

Most devices and internet service providers support parental control tools that can block access to gambling-related websites. Consider activating these on any device accessible to children or young people in your household.

Report Suspected Underage Access

If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform — whether your own child or someone else's — please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and act promptly, including closing any Account registered by an underage individual.

Age Verification: 999fe applies KYC verification to all registered accounts before withdrawals are processed. Where we identify that an Account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement — whether through our own review or through a third-party report — the Account will be permanently closed and any Balance will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and apply a zero-tolerance approach.
