Privacy Policy
At 999fe, we are committed to handling your personal information with care, transparency and respect. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and what rights you hold as a user of the 999fe platform.
What We Stand By
These cards summarise the key privacy principles embedded throughout the full policy below. Please read the complete document for binding detail.
We collect only the personal data that is necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, fulfil legal obligations and communicate with you effectively. We do not collect data speculatively or beyond what is operationally required.
Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Any sharing with service providers is strictly limited to what is necessary to deliver the services you have requested, under binding data processing agreements.
All data transmitted between your device and 999fe is protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Personal and financial data held on our systems is secured using access controls, encryption at rest and regular security review procedures.
You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements) and object to certain processing activities. These rights are explained in plain English in the User Rights section of this policy.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management, security and platform analytics. We do not deploy intrusive tracking without disclosure. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
If you have consented to receive promotional communications, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting our support team. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to withdrawal.

4 How We Collect Your Data
We collect Personal Data through the following channels:
4.1 Directly from You
The majority of Personal Data we hold is provided directly by you during the registration process, KYC submission, transaction initiation or when you contact our support team. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
4.2 Automatically via Platform Technology
When you access the 999fe Platform, certain technical and usage data is collected automatically through cookies, log files and similar tracking mechanisms. This includes your IP address, device identifiers, session durations and navigation patterns. See Section 10 (Cookies & Tracking) for further detail.
4.3 From Third Parties
We may receive Personal Data from third parties in the following circumstances:
- Identity verification service providers used during the KYC process;
- Payment processors and financial institutions facilitating your deposits or withdrawals;
- Fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering screening services;
- Regulatory bodies or law enforcement agencies where disclosure is legally required.
5 Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable data protection law requires us to identify a legal basis for processing Personal Data, we rely on the following:
- Contract Performance: Processing necessary to register your Account, process payments, deliver gaming services and manage your contractual relationship with us under the Terms & Conditions;
- Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations, Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, tax reporting requirements and responses to lawful regulatory requests;
- Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gambling monitoring, internal analytics and improving the quality of our services — where such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights;
- Consent: Where we rely on your consent (for example, for marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal.
6 How We Use Your Personal Data
We use the Personal Data we hold for the following purposes:
- To create, verify, operate and maintain your 999fe Account;
- To process your deposits and withdrawals via available payment methods, which may include references to familiar Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast for contextual payment routing — none of which implies endorsement of gambling activity;
- To verify your identity and age in compliance with KYC requirements before processing withdrawals or fulfilling other compliance-triggered obligations;
- To detect and prevent fraud, account abuse, money laundering and other unlawful activity;
- To operate our responsible gambling tools, including monitoring for indicators of problem gambling and applying account-level controls where required;
- To communicate with you about your Account, including security alerts, transaction notifications and support responses;
- To send promotional communications about bonuses, offers and platform updates, where you have provided consent or where permitted under applicable law — with a clear opt-out mechanism in every such communication;
- To comply with applicable regulatory obligations, including responding to lawful requests from regulatory authorities and law enforcement;
- To improve the Platform through aggregated, anonymised usage analytics.
7 Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:
7.1 Service Providers (Data Processors)
We engage third-party service providers to assist in delivering the Platform's functions. These include payment processors, identity verification services, fraud detection providers, cloud hosting providers, customer support software and email delivery services. All service providers are bound by written data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any purpose beyond the specific services they are contracted to deliver.
7.2 Regulatory and Legal Disclosure
We may disclose Personal Data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies or courts where we are legally compelled to do so, where necessary to enforce our Terms & Conditions, or where required to protect the rights and safety of the Platform or its users.
7.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of the Operator's business, Personal Data held by the Platform may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified of any such transfer and the applicable privacy terms where required by law.
7.4 Aggregated and Anonymised Data
We may share aggregated, non-personally-identifiable statistical data with partners, researchers or for publication — in a form that cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual user.
8 Data Retention
We retain Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:
- Account and KYC Data: Retained for the duration of your Account relationship and for a minimum period of five (5) years following Account closure, in accordance with standard AML and regulatory record-keeping requirements;
- Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following each transaction, in accordance with financial compliance obligations;
- Communications Data: Retained for a period of two (2) years from the date of the communication, or longer where the communication relates to an ongoing dispute or investigation;
- Technical and Usage Data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months in identifiable form, after which it may be aggregated and anonymised for analytical purposes without time limit;
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the period of consent plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance purposes.
Where longer retention is required by a specific law or regulatory requirement applicable to the Operator, that longer period shall govern.
9 Security Measures
999fe implements technical and organisational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration or disclosure. These measures include:
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between user devices and the Platform;
- Encryption of sensitive data fields at rest in our storage systems;
- Role-based access controls limiting staff access to Personal Data on a need-to-know basis;
- Regular internal security reviews and vulnerability assessments;
- Incident response procedures for detecting, reporting and managing potential data breaches.
While we take our security obligations seriously, no online system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and should notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
10 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
999fe uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. We deploy the following categories of cookies:
10.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. They maintain your authenticated session, remember your language preferences and enable core security features. They cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality.
10.2 Performance and Analytics Cookies
These cookies collect anonymised or pseudonymised information about how users navigate the Platform — which pages are visited most frequently, where errors occur and how users flow between sections. This data is used solely to improve the Platform experience and is not used to identify individual users.
10.3 Functional Cookies
These cookies remember your choices and preferences (such as display settings or previously selected options) to provide a more personalised experience on subsequent visits.
10.4 Managing Cookies
You can manage, restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling certain categories of cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform, including the ability to stay logged in or access certain features. Guidance on managing cookies is available through your browser's help documentation.
11 International Data Transfers
The 999fe Platform is operated by an entity licensed in a jurisdiction outside Pakistan. As a result, your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in or processed in countries other than Pakistan. These countries may have data protection standards that differ from those applicable in your location.
Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual protections with receiving entities — consistent with the requirements of applicable data protection frameworks. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred internationally in the manner described in this Policy.
12 Your Data Rights
Subject to applicable law and certain limitations, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data:
To exercise any of the rights listed above, please contact our support team using the details in Section 16. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on any request to protect against unauthorised access to your data.
13 Minors & Age Verification
The 999fe Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and over — or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the applicable minimum age.
As part of the account registration and KYC process, we verify the age of all users. Where we discover that Personal Data has been collected from a minor — whether through our own review or as a result of a third-party report — we will immediately close the relevant Account, forfeit any Balance in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and delete all associated Personal Data to the extent permitted by legal retention requirements.
If you believe a minor has registered an Account on the 999fe Platform, please contact our support team immediately.
14 Notice for Users in Pakistan
If you are accessing the 999fe Platform from Pakistan, please note the following:
- Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial legislation in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to assess whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location before registering. This Policy does not constitute legal advice on Pakistani gambling law.
- Pakistan does not currently have a single, comprehensive data protection law equivalent to international frameworks such as GDPR. Our data handling practices are designed to respect user privacy regardless of the applicable local framework, applying principles of fairness, transparency and data minimisation.
- Payment references on the Platform, including to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, are for contextual familiarity with Pakistani financial infrastructure. They do not constitute endorsements of gambling by those institutions, nor do they imply that those services are available for use on this Platform.
- Personal Data you provide, including your city of residence (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar), is used only for Account management, compliance and support purposes as described in this Policy.
15 Policy Amendments
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law or Platform functionality. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice before taking effect.
The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when the current version came into force. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the updated Policy, you must close your Account before the effective date.
The most current version of this Policy is always available on this page and supersedes all prior versions.
